Cross Estate Gardens – no permit needed
Van Vleck Gardens - (scroll down to the third wedding in this link - Sash and George) $300 permit
Frelinghuysen Arboretum - $250 permit – however! I have snuck in many times and shot for free. It’s a risk though.
Verona Park – no permit needed, very public
Brookdale Park – no permit needed
New Jersey Botanical Garden - $150 permit
Echo Lake Park – no permit needed
Round Valley Reservoir – no permit needed
Christmas Tree Farm - $100 permit
Colonial Park - $70 permit however I've never been caught ;)
